10:00 AM: How To Hire A Great Developer

How can you find a great developer, how do you know that they're great, and once you find a great developer, how can you persuade them to work on your project? In this session we'll look at why there is a lack of great developers, how and where to find great developers, how to tell how great a developer is even if you can't read or write code, and how to sell your project in a way that'll make great developers more likely to take the project.

11:00 AM: How To Specify Software

What is the best way to specify software? How can you give a development team the information required to help them to make good decisions while working on your project -- without overwhelming them with unimportant details? We'll look at proven best practices from years of lean startups and more than a decade of agile/lean software development.

12:00 PM: How To Manage Software Development

How can you keep track of your software as it's being developed to avoid the too common problem of your app being "almost done" for months? We look at proven strategies for keeping tabs on your developers, working with them to quickly reduce the risk in your project, and ensuring that you consistently have releaseable code that continues to improve but that is always ready to launch at a moments notice.
